The 7 Good Habits of Sex Bombs

Sex loves action. If you do more, you become more.

Dr. David Weeks, a psychologist, says in one study that if you have sex three times a week, you could look — and feel — 7 years younger than you actual age.

More sex will boost your confidence, according to Mark Manson. You feel and act more confidently. Confidence is — in itself — sexy and this increased confidence may lead you to have more sex.

Male and females sex hormones, testosterone and estrogen, increase with sex. Testosterone fortifies bones and muscles, and strengthens your heart. When women have more sex, their increased estrogen protects against heart disease.

Higher estrogen makes women sentimental but a rise in their testosterone makes them horny.

Sex triggers our brain’s reward system. This reward system is a neural circuit to create feelings of pleasure when we enjoy sex or food or music.

Sex strengthens itself — it is a virtuous cycle. Sex bombs are not born — they makes themselves like body builders by opting to act sexy. Not choosing this virtuous cycle can make you unhealthy — physically and mentally.
